Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers to ensure safe work zones and protect motorists, pedestrians, and crews in active sites. Flaggers are dispatched from home to job sites, enjoying flexibility and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining traffic control, working with Crew Leaders, and supporting safety. Competitive pay and growth through leadership roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Satisfactory driving record that meets company vehicle driving requirements.
• Availability Monday-Friday (as early as 6AM - late afternoon)
• Physical endurance - stand 8-12 hours, walk 1-2 miles daily, lift 30-50 lbs, outdoor work.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Obtain steel-toe or composite-toe boots above ankle height.
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians, and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands‑on experience in the traffic control industry.
