Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking Traffic Control Flaggers (Crew Members) to help protect workers, drivers, and pedestrians in active work zones. The role is based across the eastern United States, with flaggers dispatched from home to job sites for convenience and flexibility.

You will assist Crew Leaders, setup and maintain work zones, and gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry while enjoying advancement opportunities and a promotional bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR review).
• Availability Monday–Friday (as early as 6AM – late afternoon).
• Physical endurance to stand 8–12 hours, walk 1–2 miles, lift 30–50 lbs, outdoors in varying conditions.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and reliability.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required (6"+ height).
• Approved two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe temporary traffic control work zones.
• Control traffic flow to protect motorists, pedestrians and clients.
• Work as part of a team to ensure safety and efficiency on job sites.
• Gain hands-on experience in the traffic control industry.
