Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Protector to work with a team at job sites to ensure traffic safety with no prior experience or degree required. You will set up and remove cones, signs and barricades, guide traffic using stop/slow paddles, and monitor activity to keep everyone safe.

The role emphasizes strict safety rules, clear team communication, and keeping equipment clean. Outdoor work in all weather with potential night/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting 40–50 pounds.
• Willing to work in traffic and variable weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Ability to pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Remain alert around moving traffic and interact respectfully with coworkers and the public.

Responsibilities

Additional Details
