Join Our Team as a Traffic Control Flagger at Wright

Looking for a job with promotion opportunities? We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises for time earned! No experience necessary for this entry-level position. Starting pay is $14.00/hour. Safety is our priority at Wright, a family-owned and operated business for over 40 years. Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Drive the company vehicle safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete all paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
6. Read and understand Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication for work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen prior to employment and remain drug-free.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift, with hand and arm movement.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties.
