Job Overview

We are seeking entry-level Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team. No experience is necessary. Starting pay is $14.00/hour, with opportunities for raises, promotions, and benefits.

Responsibilities

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips, following ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE as per Wright policies.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Reliable communication for scheduling.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate heat, cold, and rain.
6. Pass a drug screening and maintain a drug-free status.
7. Ability to stand throughout the shift, perform hand and arm movements, and lift up to 50 pounds.
