Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips per ATSSA and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload work zone equipment.
• Drive company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
• Complete paperwork timely.
• Wear and maintain PPE as per Wright policies.
• Read and understand safety manuals and employee handbook.
• Report to a Field Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Reliable communication for scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and remain drug-free.
• Able to stand throughout shifts; hand and arm movement required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
