Job Title: Traffic Control Flagger

Job Details

• Type: Temporary, Entry-level
• Location: Pleasantville, OH
• Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour, with raises at 6 months and annually, plus benefits

Responsibilities

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips in accordance with ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment.
3. Drive company vehicles safely to and from job sites.
4. Complete required paperwork promptly.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE.
6. Read and understand safety manuals and policies.
7. Report to a Field Supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Reliable communication for scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, lift 50 pounds, and perform flagging duties.
• Pass a drug screening prior to employment.
