Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Protector to support traffic safety at job sites. No experience or degree is required, as paid training and a traffic safety certification are provided to help build a career in traffic management.

The role involves setting up cones and signs, directing traffic with paddles, and maintaining safety and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment. You will work outdoors and collaborate with a dedicated team in varying weather conditions.

• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training

• Working outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications & Skills Include

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 pounds
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather
• Flexible schedule and punctuality
• Ability to stay alert around moving traffic
• Respectful interaction with coworkers, clients, and the public

Additional Details

• Pay ranges from $17.23 to $18.07/hour, with overtime and potential increases
