Coastal Elite Pro in South Bend, Indiana is seeking a Protector responsible for setting up traffic control devices, guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, and keeping equipment safe. No prior experience or degree is required as training is provided; work outdoors in all weather.

You will join a safety-focused team, with hourly pay of $17.50–$18.25, overtime opportunities, and benefits such as paid time off, holidays, sick leave, health insurance, a 401(k), EAP, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand, walk, and work outside for extended periods.
• Lift 40–50 pounds as needed.

Compensation & Advancement
