Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team at multiple job sites in Connecticut. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training is provided, and you will earn hourly pay while you learn.

Responsibilities include setting up cones and signs, guiding traffic with a stop/slow paddle, and maintaining the safety and cleanliness of vehicles and equipment. You’ll work outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions, with opportunities for

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in traffic and various weather conditions.
• Flexible, punctual, and able to pass drug screening.

Job description

Qualifications

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to stand, walk, lift 40-50 pounds, and work safely in traffic and varying weather conditions. Flexibility, punctuality, and passing a drug screening are essential. Respectful conduct towards coworkers and the public is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation & Benefits comprise hourly pay ($19.50–$20.25), overtime, paid training, and safety certification.
