Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to join our field team. You will help direct traffic, set up cones and signs, and operate as a visible safety presence on job sites with training provided.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training, safety certificate, and ongoing support are included. Expect outdoor work in various weather and shifts that may include nights, weekends, or emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual attendance.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug testing.
• Alertness around moving traffic and respectful interaction with others.

• Maintaining vehicles and equipment safety and cleanliness
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions, with flexible shifts that may include nights, weekends, or emergency work
• Standing or walking for extended hours, and wearing provided safety gear

Compensation & Benefits

Pay ranges from $19.50 to $20.25 per hour, with overtime opportunities and potential pay increases within the first year. Paid training and a traffic safety certificate are provided.
