Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is hiring a Traffic Safety Protector to set up and take down cones, signs and barricades at job sites. No prior experience needed; comprehensive training and support are provided to ensure safe, compliant workflows.

You will guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, monitor site activity, follow safety protocols, and communicate with the crew. The role is outdoors year-round, with some nights or weekends and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule is needed.
• Passing pre-hire screening including drug tests.
• Must stay alert around moving traffic and treat everyone respectfully.
