Looking for a job with promotion opportunities? We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, overtime, and raises for time earned! No experience is necessary for this entry-level position. Responsibilities:

1. Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones, including warning signs, traffic cones, and rumble strips according to ATSSA and DOT regulations.
2. Load and unload work zone equipment to and from the company vehicle.
3. Drive the company vehicle to and from job sites safely.
4. Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
5. Wear and maintain proper PPE according to Wright specific policy.
6. Read and understand Wright safety manual and employee handbook.
7. Report directly to a Field Supervisor.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable communication to receive work schedules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, tolerating heat, cold, and rain.
• Pass a drug screen prior to employment and maintain a drug-free status.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift; hand and arm movement required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform flagging duties physically.
