Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CDL A Truck Driver at J.M. Pacific Construction. The driver will operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites across eastern Washington. Responsibilities include:

- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

- Securing cargo per safety regulations

- Complying with all traffic and trucking laws

- Managing delivery documentation, including receipts and logbooks

Qualifications

- Valid CDL A driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Proficiency in driving manual transmission trucks

- Ability to operate large trucks safely and efficiently

- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and truck driving best practices

- Experience with vehicle inspections and basic maintenance

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail for paperwork

- Ability to work independently and adhere to delivery schedules

- Previous construction industry experience (preferred)

- High school diploma or equivalent

Wages

- Base wage determined by experience

- Prevailing wages paid on 85% of projects
