Overview:

AWP Safety is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Traffic Control Flagger. This entry-level, safety-sensitive role is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor work, value safety, and seek a dynamic career without requiring a college degree.

Responsibilities include:

1. Establishing and maintaining safe work zones with proper equipment.
2. Collaborating with team members to ensure safety.
3. Managing traffic flow using stop/slow paddles.
4. Providing excellent service and safety to clients.

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver’s license.
2. Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift 50-60 lbs.
3. Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
4. Driving experience.
5. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug tests.
