Responsibilities of a Flagger:

• Control traffic in and around active worksites using hand signs and paddles
• Prepare flags, cones, signs, and markers
• Assist with general construction work under the supervision of the Foreman or Supervisor
• Drive safely following company safe driving policies
• Adhere to local, state, and federal DOT guidelines
• Maintain all company vehicles and equipment
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Valid State driver's license (non-provisional) with an acceptable driving record
• Previous flagging experience preferred

Physical Requirements & Exposures:

• Routine: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicles, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift 10-25 pounds, perform fine hand motions, use keyboard and mouse
• Occasional: work with arms above shoulder level, lift 26-55 pounds
