Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Control Protector to safely set up and dismantle cones, signs, and barricades at our job sites in Ohio. You will guide traffic using stop/slow paddles, monitor site activity, and stay in close contact with crew and supervisors.

No prior experience is required; comprehensive training and safety equipment are provided. The role offers hourly pay with potential overtime and opportunities for career advancement into supervisory or management positions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 pounds throughout shift.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including a drug test, and follow safety protocols.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality are essential, with respectful conduct toward coworkers and the public.
