Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Kentucky is hiring a Protector to set up traffic control devices, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and keep job sites safe. No experience or degree is required; full training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Key duties include assembling cones, signs, barricades and equipment, communicating clearly with crew and supervisors, and ensuring all vehicles and tools stay clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and flexible schedules.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests.
• Stay alert around moving traffic and follow safety protocols.
• Respectful treatment of coworkers, clients, and the public.
