Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to set up and remove cones, signs, and barricades at job sites to safely manage traffic flow.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training and safety certification are provided. You will guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, follow safety protocols, and work with the crew outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 pounds for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in traffic and varying weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-hire screening, including drug test.
• Be alert around moving traffic and maintain respectful conduct.

Responsibilities

• Set up and remove cones, signs, and barricades to manage traffic flow.
• Guide traffic with stop/slow paddles and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with crew and supervisors; maintain a clean, safe outdoor work area in all weather.

Job description

Key duties include guiding traffic with stop/slow paddles, following safety protocols, communicating with crew and supervisors, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment outdoors in all weather conditions.

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay between $17.23-$18.07, with overtime and pay raises in the first year
• Paid training and traffic safety certification
