Coastal Elite Pro in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Traffic Control Support role to set up cones, signs and paddles, directing traffic safely. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided.

You will ensure safety compliance, communicate with team members and supervisors, and keep equipment and vehicles clean and secure. Training and support are provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualificações

• Valid driver''s license required.
• Ability to lift 40–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in traffic and all weather conditions.
• Flexible schedule and punctuality.
• Must pass pre-hire screening including drug tests.

Role Overview

The position involves working safely at job sites to manage traffic control by setting up cones, signs, barricades, and using stop/slow paddles to direct traffic. No prior experience or degree is required as comprehensive training and support are provided. Key responsibilities include ensuring safety compliance, maintaining communication with team members and supervisors, and keeping equipment and vehicles clean and secure.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license


• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods


• Capability to lift 40-50 pounds


• Willingness to work in traffic and various weather conditions


• Flexible schedule and punctuality

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay between $15.50-$16.25, with overtime and potential pay increases
