Helix Traffic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger Crew Lead to direct traffic around construction zones and oversee a team of flaggers, ensuring safety for workers and the public.

This role requires 3-6 months of prior experience, ATSSA Flagger Certification, and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather. The company offers comprehensive benefits and retention/referral incentives.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of prior Traffic Control Flagger or Crew Lead experience.
• ATSSA Flagger Certification (or company-approved equivalent) required; First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct crews to set up safe work zones per approved plans.
• Train, mentor, and assign crew members for safety and efficiency.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic control devices.
• Monitor zones for hazards, respond to changes, report issues.
• Complete crew activity, equipment usage, and incident reports.
• Perform Traffic Control Flagger duties as needed.
• Maintain required certifications.
