American Flagging is seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Traffic Control Apprentices throughout Vermont. The role involves helping maintain safe traffic flow around construction zones and other active work areas, with no experience required and paid training plus flagger certification.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with weekly pay and year-round work. Full-time and part-time opportunities, overtime, and weekends as needed are available, with

Formación

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours outdoors in varying weather.
• Willingness to travel to Vermont sites.

Responsabilidades

• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely through active work zones.
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control signs, cones, and barricades.
• Monitor traffic conditions and communicate potential safety hazards.
• Coordinate with crew members and supervisors to maintain safe traffic flow.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist with loading and unloading traffic control equipment.
