Job summary

ADA Traffic Control is seeking a Traffic Control Flagger to provide safe, compliant traffic control across work zones in Vermont, New York, Maine and New Hampshire. The role offers year-round field work with a training program to ensure proper procedures are followed.

The position supports both part-time and full-time schedules, with a $2,500 limited-time sign-on bonus, paid time off, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to meet points.
• Ability to work outdoors and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with contractors on the job site.
• Conducting daily traffic plans.
• Setup and tear down of appropriate Workzone equipment.
• Conducting flagging operations.
• Responsible for personal safety, and safety of contractors, co-workers and general public.
• Must be able to follow training and uphold safety protocols.
• Aware and vigilant of surroundings to spot safety hazards.
• Must be able to work under pressure and react to potential danger in an urgent manner.
• Clear and professional communication with contractors, co-workers and general public.
• Must be able to submit paperwork to proper channels.
