Busch Gardens is seeking a Part-Time Traffic Ambassador to help manage guest flow, direct vehicles, and assist guests with directions.

You will follow safety procedures, set up cones, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while delivering friendly, on-brand service. This role offers a fast-paced environment, park perks, and opportunities to contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphone.
• Able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Exposure to fumes, dust, and/or odor.
• Exposure to loud noises, motion, and vibrations.

Responsabilités

• Direct traffic and control crowds at loading and unloading areas.
• Direct traffic on roadways to park and exit Busch Gardens property.
• Assist guests with vehicular problems and give directions.
• Follow safety procedures and uphold company standards.
• Operate with guest service in mind at all times.
• Direct cars, buses, campers to daily assigned lots.
• Set up cones in traffic patterns as assigned.
• Adapt quickly to changing work conditions to ensure timely guest flow.
• Report issues to leadership and maintain communication about traffic flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist in other areas of Guest Arrival as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you get to do as a Part-Time Traffic Ambassador:

• Follow proper procedures while controlling crowds at loading and unloading
• Direct traffic on roadways to park and exit Busch Gardens property
• Assist guests with vehicular problems and give directions upon request
• Follow safety procedures
• Assist in upholding company standards of maintaining company equipment
• Operate with guest service in mind at all times
• Assist with traffic control and parking as necessary
• Directing cars, buses, campers, etc. to daily assigned lots
• Setting up cones in various traffic patterns as assigned by supervisor
• Adapt quickly to changing work conditions to ensure timely guest/traffic flow
• Report vehicle traffic and guest issues to leadership as appropriate
• Maintain communication with leadership and other team members about changing traffic flow
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Lifting and pulling trash bags from parking lots into disposals
• Answer questions and resolve guest issues
• Assist in other areas of Guest Arrival as needed
• Other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:
