Job summary

Phaxis is seeking an experienced ITOps/DevOps professional to operate and enhance the bank's trading systems. You will collaborate with trading, compliance, risk, and IT to implement automation, deployment, and monitoring solutions using modern data and software architectures.

The role requires strong Linux, SQL, and scripting skills, plus experience with release tooling (Rundeck, Ansible) and incident management. Prior trading domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is required.
• 5 years of experience in trading/operational IT environments.
• Experience with Linux command line, scripting, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Operate and enhance trading systems using modern tech stacks.
• Integrate with Rundeck or Azure DevOps for deployments.
• Implement pre/post-deployment verifications and application control scripts.
• Support monitoring tools like Grafana and Splunk.
• Prepare runbooks and procedural documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues in trading and market data.
