Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for supporting trading applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting order flow and trade execution.
• Respond to high-priority incidents urgently and ensure proper escalation.
• Communicate updates to users regarding outages and system changes.
• Maintain and update support documentation with operational runbooks.
• Perform daily system checks to ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with global teams on testing, deployments, and upgrades.

Skills

Application support experience within financial services or trading environments

Strong working knowledge of Linux systems and command-line tools

Hands-on experience with the FIX protocol and electronic trading systems

Understanding of futures, options, and listed derivatives markets

Experience with scripting or automation

Proficiency with databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, or Sybase

Ability to diagnose networking and infrastructure issues
