• Lead and develop a specialist production/support team with clear ownership and high performance.
• Apply incident, problem and service management to improve platform stability and client experience.
• Drive the evolution of the production function via automation, AI, observability and proactive operating models.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product and senior business stakeholders to ensure safe, resilient production environments.
