Job summary

Advyzon is seeking a Trading Analyst to support RIAs using Quantum, our trading and rebalancing platform. This client-facing role involves troubleshooting questions, explaining trading functionality, and helping advisors operate with confidence during time-sensitive workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years in client support or related roles
• Exposure to portfolio management or wealth management platforms
• Ability to explain technical concepts to financial professionals
• Strong time management in a fast-paced, time-sensitive trading workflow
• Proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems and Excel

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted contact for clients using Quantum for trading and rebalancing workflows
• Provide responsive phone and ticket-based support
• Troubleshoot portfolio setup, rebalancing logic, trade generation, drift monitoring, cash management, custodial integrations
• Document client questions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in CRM
• Escalate complex issues to senior specialists while keeping clients informed
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Consulting, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering teams
• Contribute to internal knowledge articles and process improvements
