Job summary

Advyzon seeks a Trading Analyst to support financial advisory firms using Quantum, our trading and rebalancing platform. This client-facing role helps advisors operate with confidence during time-sensitive workflows.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth client outcomes, document issues, and contribute to knowledge articles that improve support processes. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 1–3 years in client support, trading operations, or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client-facing point of contact for Quantum trading workflows.
• Provide responsive phone and ticket-based support to resolve issues quickly.
• Troubleshoot portfolio setup, rebalancing logic, and trade status.
• Document questions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior specialists while keeping clients informed.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Consulting, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering.
• Contribute to internal knowledge articles and process improvements.
