Job summary

Advyzon is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our consulting organization, leading onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers. You will configure platforms, deliver training, and guide clients through successful implementations, while collaborating with internal teams to manage risks and ensure outcomes.

You will work closely with sales and relationship teams, helping clients achieve operational efficiency on Advyzon’s wealth management platform in a remote, nationwide capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of client onboarding, implementation consulting, technical consulting, customer success, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers using Advyzon’s implementation methodology.
• Serve as the primary consulting contact throughout onboarding, building trusted client relationships.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client processes, workflows, goals and priorities.
• Configure platform settings based on client requirements.
• Deliver virtual product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to help clients become self-sufficient.
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify risks, and keep projects on schedule.
• Document client requirements, decisions, and milestones.
• Participate in annual conference presentations and user trainings.
• Advise clients on Advyzon's best practices and practical solutions.
• Coordinate with Product, Support, Data Services and other internal teams as needed.
• Assist with professional services engagements for existing clients including advanced configuration.
• Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management to ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience.
