Job summary

Advyzon, based in Chicago, seeks a Relationship Manager to drive retention, adoption, and healthy client outcomes across Core RIA clients. You will own a portfolio and coordinate with Support, Consulting, Product, and Sales to address client needs quickly and effectively.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly accountable, and proactive with strong communication skills. Industry experience in wealth management or fintech is a plus, but learning and initiative are valued.

Qualifications

• Self-driven, highly accountable and proactive with strong communication skills and the ability to quarterback client relationships end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio Core RIA client relationship.
• Maintain a structured engagement cadence based on firm size, complexity, and health score.
• Monitor client health indicators including product adoption, engagement trends, support patterns, CSAT/NPS, and renewal timing.
• Proactively identify risk signals and execute retention strategies before issues escalate.
• Lead renewal conversations and develop structured save plans for at-risk accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales for larger expansion motions.
