Job summary

Advyzon is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive retention, adoption, and client health across Core RIA clients in the Advyzon platform. You will own a portfolio of advisory firms, coordinating with Support, Consulting, Product, and Sales to deliver value and reduce churn.

Success requires proactive engagement, strong communication, and a focus on growth through expanded relationships and enhanced platform usage. This is a customer-focused, cross-functional role within Advyzon.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or fintech is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and proactive problem solving are required.
• Ability to coordinate with Support, Consulting, Product, and Sales to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of Core RIA client relationships.
• Drive adoption of key platform capabilities and conduct value-focused reviews.
• Own renewal conversations and develop save plans for at-risk accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales for larger motions.
• Use tiered engagement models and CRM dashboards for proactive client management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Consulting, Product, and Sales to ensure client success.
