Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Trading Operations & Support Analyst to support live systematic trading across prediction, equity, and crypto markets. You will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and improve the reliability of our trading systems and processes.

You will monitor live trading systems and act as the first line of support for execution, connectivity, and production issues, coordinating with traders, exchanges, and brokers to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronic trading, trade support, trading operations, production support, or related role.
• Strong understanding of electronic trading, order lifecycle, positions, P&L, and risk.
• Proficient in Python or scripting; SQL experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live trading systems, orders, positions, P&L, and risk.
• First-line trading support for execution, exchange connectivity, and production issues.
• Investigate and resolve order, position, P&L, reconciliation, and trading-system issues.
• Coordinate with traders, quantitative developers, exchanges, brokers to resolve live trading issues.
• Support strategy deployments, system releases, testing, and production changes.
• Monitor market events, outages, connectivity issues, and operational risks.
• Develop tools to improve monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and trading operations.
• Maintain production trading procedures and controls.
• Participate in local trading coverage and rotating weekend coverage.
