Fluent Trade Technologies Limited is seeking an Integration and Implementation Engineer to bridge business requirements and technical integration for major global financial clients. You will coordinate across internal teams, onboard new clients, and train end‑users.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in software implementation or FX support, strong trading system knowledge, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in software implementation or FX support.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation lifecycles.
• Trading experience required; FX systems knowledge a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation and training abilities.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze and translate client requirements for internal teams.
• Coordinate with R&D, PM, QA, and Support to delegate tasks.
• Track feature requests, custom developments, and bug fixes.
• Serve as primary technical contact for new clients during integration.
• Train clients and guide them to operate the Fluent platform.
• Provide FX deployment guidance and configuration support.
• Document configurations and changes in live production environments.
• Maintain knowledge base articles and share best practices.
