Job summary

DRW, a leading diversified trading firm, seeks a Software Engineer for Trading Operations to support desks in London, Singapore, and Chicago. You will build and optimize trading-related software and data pipelines, collaborating with traders, researchers, and other engineers.

Responsibilities include owning products end-to-end, embedding with trading stakeholders, and delivering robust, scalable solutions across Java and Python. Strong front-office interaction is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent exposure.
• 2–3 years in front/middle/back office or risk management with exchange traded/OTC products.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade software projects with version control.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of products from prototype to production.
• Embed with Cumberland Mining trading/ops stakeholders; deliver polished software solutions.
• Build, maintain and extend trading applications and data pipelines.
• Work across languages (Java, Python) on trading-related systems.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
