DRW is a diversified trading firm with a strong emphasis on autonomy and technology. The Software Engineer – Trading Operations role involves partnering with trading desks across London, Singapore, and Chicago to optimize workflows and deliver robust software solutions.

You will own products end-to-end, work on data pipelines and trading applications across Java and Python, and collaborate with traders, researchers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent exposure.
• Strong programming experience in Python/Java.
• Experience with Git and Linux in enterprise projects.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of products from prototype to production.
• Embed with Cumberland Mining stakeholders and deliver polished software.
• Build, maintain and extend trading apps and data pipelines.
• Work with multiple languages (Java, Python) and legacy systems.
