Tower Research Capital in New York is seeking a skilled trader-support engineer to operate and supervise automated trading strategies. You will monitor production trading for risk and compliance, troubleshoot issues, and develop scripts to automate workflows.

The role requires a technical degree and strong analytical skills, plus Python and UNIX/Linux experience. A hybrid work model is offered with competitive compensation and benefits.

Competenze

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and fluent English abilities.
