Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Strong software development skills in Python.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, strong communications skills, and experience making data-driven strategic decisions.
• Strong working knowledge of PNL and Risk reporting applications.
• Familiarity with current market structure and regulatory developments.
• Ability to comprehend and diagnose problems in complex real-time systems with minimal guidance.
• Capacity to work equally well independently and as a member of a team.
• Strong understanding of trading technology and fluency in technical concepts.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring high-volume live trading and portfolio risk
• Contributing to the automated trading operations codebase
• Managing ongoing projects with various Tower support teams
• Coordinating software and hardware upgrades
• Applying programmatic solutions to scale and expand trading operations
• Resolving discrepancies with trading positions, broker statements, and internal applications
