Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems and software design.
• Excellent programming in C++ with Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve the trading platform to support research, simulation and production trading.
• Collaborate with researchers, traders and software engineers to deploy systematic strategies.
• Design high-performance trading infrastructure for market data and order routing.
• Build tooling for rapid prototyping, backtesting, analysis and deployment of strategies.
• Develop scalable systems for live and historical market data access.
• Lead production deployment, monitoring and risk management tooling.
• Optimize low-latency systems through networking, profiling and systems-level engineering.
• Create analytics to identify market patterns and improve trading decisions.
• Contribute to shared platform architecture for productivity across teams.
