Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking an operations professional to oversee and execute core functions related to bank loan trade settlements, providing daily support to the US and UK Loan Trading Desks and driving process improvements.

The role requires knowledge of LSTA/LMA settlement processes, a Finance degree, 2 years in bank loan operations, advanced Excel, Power BI, and Pro PowerPoint, with a strong GPA. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

Qualifications

Knowledge of LSTA/LMA bank loan settlement processes.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
Minimum 2 years of bank loan operations experience.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to leverage AI at work.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Power BI.
Strong academic record with high GPA.

Responsibilities

Oversee bank loan trade settlements, cash reconciliation, and CLO cash management.
Provide daily support to US and UK Loan Trading Desks.
Perform daily quality control checks on outsourced processes.
Escalate issues to custodians and trustees as needed.
Monitor daily and monthly trade metrics and volumes.
