Whitecap Search is seeking an eager, detail-oriented Trading Operations Specialist to join our growing trading desks in New York. This role is ideal for candidates in the early stages of their career, looking to grow knowledge and experience in trading and financial services.

You will monitor regulatory processes, pre-market activities, trade clearance, settlement and reconciliation, and communicate with counterparties and clients.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in a trade support role at a financial institution.
• Solid understanding of middle/back office trading operations, with clearing and settlement cycles.
• Natural problem solver with ability to improve trading operations workflows.
