Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Loan Credit Quality Analyst to support the Global Market Loan Operations team with administration and servicing of large corporate credits.

You will handle secondary loan trade settlements, loan servicing activities, and client inquiries, partnering with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely, accurate processing while maintaining operational risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in loan operations, trade settlement, syndicated loans, or financial services operations preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational risk management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support settlement and servicing activities for secondary loan trades.
• Manage end-to-end processing across multiple operational platforms.
• Investigate and resolve loan servicing and trade settlement exceptions.
• Review credit documentation to support accurate transaction processing.
• Partner with internal teams, administrative agents, and clients to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational controls.
• Escalate risks, issues, and control concerns as appropriate.
