Qualifications

• 2–4 years of loan servicing/agency experience.
• Understanding of the public loan market and settlement processes for par, distressed, and LMA loans.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to work both individually and within a team environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
• Experience with Wall Street Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Asset servicing including security master maintenance, reviewing credit agreements, monitoring and booking all investment activity, and wire processing.
• Cash and position reconciliations.
• Daily interaction with custodian banks, trustees, and prime brokers.
• Daily interaction with asset management, borrowers, partners, and outsourced service providers.
• Assist in yearly audit confirmation process.
• Participate in various projects across the business.
• Provide backup to other Credit Fund Operation staff supporting wire transfers, trade settlements, and other business activities of the fund.
