Texas Precious Metals is seeking an outgoing Account Specialist on the Trading Desk to assist clients through precious metals buying and liquidation. This office-based role requires strong client relations, market awareness, and a commitment to accurate, timely service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Achieve and maintain expert-level knowledge of precious metals products and market trends.
• Negotiate and execute client orders using discretion and judgment.
• Oversee and ensure prompt processing of abnormal or complex orders.
• Serve as the go-to expert on product, inventory, and shipment questions.
• Assist and represent clients through the entire purchase and liquidation order lifecycles.
• Assist with daily business operations and ad hoc responsibilities.
• Travel occasionally (less than 10%).
• All other duties as assigned by management.
