Texas Precious Metals is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Trading Desk) to support clients through precious metals buying and liquidation with accuracy and integrity.

You will deliver exceptional service in person, over the phone, and by email while maintaining expert knowledge of products and market trends. Travel is limited, and you’ll collaborate with a small team to optimize order lifecycles and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-commissioned sales or customer service preferred.
• High learning agility and drive to become a subject matter expert.
• Finance market knowledge beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Achieve and maintain expert-level knowledge of our precious metals products and market trends
• Negotiate and execute client orders using discretion and judgment
• Oversee and ensure prompt processing of abnormal or complex orders
• Serve as the go-to expert on product, inventory, and shipment questions
• Assist and represent clients through the entire purchase and liquidation order lifecycles.
• Assist with daily business operations and ad hoc responsibilities
• Travel occasionally (less than 10%)
• All other duties as assigned by management

Job Summary: Customer Service Specialist (Trading Desk)

Texas Precious Metals is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and trustworthy team member to assist clients through both precious metals buying and liquidation processes. This high-trust position demands a strong understanding of client relations, continued attention to market dynamics, and commitment to excellence in service and operations.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

Achieve and maintain expert-level knowledge of our precious metals products and market trends

Trader Qualifications:
