Lear Capital, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive precious metals sales from our Los Angeles, CA office. This on-site role focuses on outbound calls to warm leads generated by national campaigns, with training and mentorship to build client relationships and close deals.

You will present a range of metals products, stay updated on market trends, and strive to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, energetic team environment. Local candidates only.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience (phone-based sales preferred).
• Experience with high-volume outbound calls and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic, result-oriented mindset.
• Background in commodities or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with high-quality leads from national marketing campaigns.
• Make 100–150+ outbound calls daily to connect with prospects.
• Qualify prospects, manage a pipeline, and close deals.
• Present and sell a wide range of precious metals products.
• Stay informed on financial markets and precious metals trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism.
