Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, onboarding orientation, and maintaining training rosters, while collaborating with HR on staffing and performance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and HR applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with jobsite leaders to coordinate workforce needs.
• Post open project staff positions with HR and participate in recruitment.
• Review applications, interview candidates, and extend offers.
• Coordinate first-day orientation for new hires.
• Maintain training roster for hourly trades staff.
• Oversee employee location log and discipline processes; involve HR as needed.
• SupportPreconstruction and Business Development on pursuits.
