Job summary

Cool Today in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Traders Dispatcher to join our fast-paced service team. You will manage daily technician schedules, dispatch work orders, and maintain clear communication with customers and field staff to ensure timely service.

The role requires HVAC dispatching experience, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and familiarity with Service Titan. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and a strong focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or related industry.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• MUST have Experience(Trades Dispatching preferred).
• Service Titan Experience a PLUS.
• Must have a flexible work schedule, can be staffed any time from 7am to 10pm.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers.
