CoolToday is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Florida to coordinate installations and drive customer satisfaction. You will manage schedules, confirm appointments, and handle paperwork while working with a collaborative team to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, experience in office administration or dispatch, and proficiency with Excel and Service Titan. This full-time role may require some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years experience in office administration, appointment scheduling, or dispatch.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installation appointments for all locations by phone and email.
• Create purchase orders for equipment and coordinate delivery as needed.
• Call customers to confirm service appointments.
• Maintain a filled daily schedule and flexible client lists.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on scheduling changes.
• Provide paperwork support to field team as needed.
• Create daily reports and support install managers with bottlenecks.

Our Sales Coordinators are an integral part of our team as they are one of the first impressions of our company to our customers by scheduling service appointments, ensuring our schedules are big properly managed, calling to confirm appointments and processing many different types of paperwork. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating installations for maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of profitability through efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Schedule installation appointments for all locations via phone and email
• Create purchase orders for equipment and coordinate delivery as needed.
• Call customers to confirm service appointments.
• Ensure service appointments are filled each day by continuously reviewing the schedule and maintaining flexible client lists.
• Reassign and rescheduleservice appointments as needed to drive revenue generation.
• Coordinate withvendors and subcontractors on scheduling changes.
• Provide field support with paperwork processing as needed.
• Work with install Managers to address scheduling bottlenecks or issues.
• Create daily reports.
• Full-time 40+ Hours per week
• Subject to work nights/Weekends and some holidays
• Provide all clients with a 5-Star experience!
• Ensure all actions are in alignment with company core values.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
• Outbound dial all lead generated to schedule appointments.
• Complete email and text communication with perspective clients

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Office Administration, Appointment Scheduling or Dispatch
• Excellent organizational skills
• Advanced MicrosoftExcel skills
• Experience with Service Titan a plus!
• Ability to balance multiple prioritiesat one time.

• A minimum of 2-year call center experience.
