Job summary

Cool Today in Sarasota is hiring a Traders Dispatchers to manage daily technician schedules and dispatch work orders across our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams. You will confirm appointments with customers, relay information to field staff via Outlook, and handle related paperwork while maintaining accurate technician records.

Requires at least 1 year of dispatching experience (preferably in HVAC or related fields) and basic computer skills; Service Titan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience in HVAC or related industry.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule.
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location.
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians.
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments.
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook.
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians.
• Maintain accurate technician database.
• Coordinate parts scheduling.
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers.

What Will I Do?

Do I have What it Takes?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• MUST have Experience(Trades Dispatching preferred)
• Service Titan Experience a PLUS
• Must have a flexible work schedule, can be staffed any time from 7am to 10pm.
